THE SUPPLEMENTARY ELECTION FOR SAMO COUNCIL OF REPRESENTATIVES 14. - 17.2.2012

List of candidates

• Three (3) new members will be elected into SAMO council for year 2012
• Enrollment as a candidate in the election has started and it ends on Monday 30.1. klo 15.00. By that time the election documents must be delivered to SAMO office.
• Every SAMO member who has paid the membership fee for study year 2011-12 or the spring period 2012 can enroll in as a candidate and is entitled to vote in the election.
• Every candidate must fill and sign a form called "Ehdokasilmoitus". The candidates can also join together and constitute an electoral alliance (=election list). There is a certain form called "Vaaliliiton perustamisasikirja" that needs to be filled in this case.
• The forms mentioned above are distributed from SAMO office and they can as well be printed from our website´s LATAAMO in the address: www.samo.fi/lataamo
• The election is carried out via electric internet voting which takes place between Tue 14.2. klo 12.00 and Fri 17.2. klo 12.00
• Every SAMO member gets voting instructions and voting codes through email.

The candidates who will not be elected in the voting, will be deputy members of the council. They can rise uo in the council during the year if e.g. some member resigns from his/her membership.
