Kalevankadun Approt will be celebrated on the 16th of September, 2026 in Seinäjoki!

​

Kalevankadun Approt is a student pub crawl where participants visit various stamp locations and collect stamps in their appro pass. Once you have collected enough stamps, you’ll receive a corresponding degree patch (overall patch). There are six degrees in total, and they must be completed in order. You can also complete several degrees during the same evening. The night culminates in an epic afterparty at OmaSp Stadion, featuring a live performer!

The checkpoint venues offer special food and drink offers for appro participants, making the crawl both incredibly fun and student-friendly.

News and updates about the Approt will be published on the Kalevankadun Approt Instagram account and website. On Facebook, you can find photos from previous events and get a feel for the

atmosphere!

TICKETS

​​

• Pass sales start on august 24, 2026 at 12pm and combo tickets go on sale on August 21, 2026, at 12pm.

• Passes can be purchased on Kide.app for pickup. Shipping is not available for these products.

• Product pickup starts on September 16, 2026, the day of the event, at the campus. After that, products can be picked up at the pre-party in Seinäjoki city centre. Exact times and locations will be announced later!

• All products are available in limited quantities, and the combo ticket is available only to SAMO members. Please be prepared to prove your membership if requested when purchasing products intended for members.

• If you purchase member-priced products for a friend, they must also be able to prove their membership if requested.

• If you are completing multiple degrees at the same time and would also like to attend the after-party, you can purchase one pass that includes the after-party and passes without after-party access for your other degrees.

The Combo ticket includes a ticket to the SAMO's Opening party on September 2, 2026, as well as an appro pass with after party.

The Combo ticket is available ONLY to SAMO members. Please be prepared to prove your membership when picking up your appro products and at the after party of the SAMO's Opening party.

You do not need to pick up a separate ticket for the SAMO's Opening party. Your ticket can be found in Kide.app. The Combo ticket will be available for purchase on the SAMO Opening party event page in Kide.app.

RULES

​

• You can collect stamps in your appro pass by purchasing food and drinks at the official stamp locations along the appro pub crwal (non-alcoholic products are also accepted).

• 1 purchase = 1 stamp in your pass! To receive a stamp, you must purchase one product.

• Stamp locations include bars and restaurants, but you can also earn stamps at checkpoints and partner locations by completing tasks or visiting the location.

• Degrees must be completed in order, and one pass allows you to complete one degree.

• If you wish to complete multiple degrees, you must have a separate pass for each degree.

• You must show your previous degree patch at the patch distribution point if you want to receive a higher degree. If you don't have your previous patch with you, you will receive an Approbatur patch even if your pass contains enough stamps for the next degree.

• At Kalevankadun Approt, only degree patches from kalevankadun Approt are accepted.

• Degree patches are distributed ONLY on the evening of the event. So remember to pick up your patch!

• All laws and general rules of conduct must be followed. Any mischief is at your own risk!

APPROT TRAIN AND BUS TRANSFERS

The traditional Appro Train will transport Appro participants to stamp locations further away. If you have an Appro Pass (with or without a continuation), you can travel on the train and bus free of charge.
